Philodendron ‘Red Congo’

Philodendron ‘Red Congo’

Philodendron ‘Red Congo’ is a bold, self-heading philodendron with large, glossy leaves and rich red tones through the stems and new growth. New leaves often emerge in shades of burgundy or deep red before maturing to a darker green, giving the plant color and contrast at every stage. This exact plant is well established in Rooted’s chunky, well-draining soil mix selected to support healthy roots and steady growth.

Care: Prefers bright, indirect light but can tolerate medium light. Water when the top inch or two of soil begins to dry, and avoid allowing the roots to remain consistently wet. It appreciates warm temperatures, average to moderate humidity, and a stable location away from cold drafts.

Every Rooted plant is individually photographed, so the plant you see is the plant you’ll receive.
